Information regarding the merger of Fjell Industries AS and Stend Metall AS

Stend Metall AS is known for its unique expertise in sheet metal fabrication and machining. The company has been serving its customers faithfully through more than 50 years.
For about 3 years ago, the company was taken over by Fjell Industries AS in Straume, Sotra.

With effect from 28 November 2009, Stend Metall AS with the Organization no. 983 246 125 is merged with Fjell Industries AS with the Organization no. 985 224 153 (acquiring company).

At the same time the activities of Stend Metall moved to Fjell Industries's premises. This is done in order to coordinate operations and emerge as a unified business with a broad product and service spectrum related to the mechanical workshop activities.
